User Information Contact information is the name, company name, title, address, city, telephone number, fax number… All the information you fill in the blanks will appear automatically in any of your job postings. However, you may hide the information if you want.
Email Address To make it flexible for the employers to contact, please enter the Email address you frequently use.

Note: Email address must be valid

  • Only one @
  • Letters behind and in front of dots
  • No space
  • No special letter
  • Letters at two sides of @ and dots
Website You may want to put your company website on your job ads to give more reference to candidates.

Notes:

  • Your Company Profile should be over 50 characters.
  • You may edit your Company Profile while Creating New Jobs Ads.
Logo You can put your logo on every Job Posting.

Notes:

  • File type should be *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.gif.
  • Dimension should not exceed 60 x 100 pixels.

Introduction The resume alert page is listed basing on titles, date of created, and email address as time of receiving email alert resumes suiting requirements. Resume alert function to automatically search data base suiting your criterions you set up before. These files permit you create a searching file to search potential candidates. You can select save search as an agent through your email as notification upon your regular measure pre- set up ( daily or weekly ) At email that you received, you can save Resume:
- Save to Old Folder.
- Save to New Folder.
Then click button "Add to folder" to manage resume.
Edit Click to this path besides the resume alert which you wish to adjust.
Run Click to search suitable resumes to this Resume Alert.
Titles Titles of Resume Alert you selected
Last Modified Date of Resume Alert established
Email Notify Email Address you would like to receive the alert
Delete selected agent. Click the button to delete Resume Alert you had set up.

Print this resume You can print this resume on the paper.

APPLY ONLINE or EMAIL Back to Top
Apply Online Accept candidates apply resume through apply online function. You can set your e-mail address into “hide'' mode and receive resume apply online only. You will receive a notification e-mail with a link to view resume on www.hsbcvncareer.com
Email Receive resume through e-mail. If the option is set, resume will be sent directly through your e-mail address.
Receive notification email By default the check box will go with Apply Online function and an alert e-mail will be sent to you. If you do not want to receive the notification e-mail, you should uncheck the function.
