- Acquire and manage Premier clients with the objective of managing their wealth.
- Promote financial services and improve customer satisfaction with positive contribution to towards Personal Financial Services sales and service goals.
- Proactively grow the Premier portfolio through completion of effective Premier Individual Reviews, regular contact and financial planning reviews
- Achieve the investment and insurance business targets
- Provide advice and guidance to management teams on the premier portfolio and the impact of wealth management product across Personal Financial Services
- Provide after sales services to customer to monitor product performance and explore cross selling opportunities
- Regular review customer’s portfolio and the provision of accurate and timely information. Review and update customer profiles to help identify need-gaps
- University degree
- Excellent command of English
- Professional financial qualification preferred
- 3 – 5 years experience of working with high network individuals
- Strong understanding of HSBC Group, including cross business awareness
- Knowledge of developing a sales strategy and proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with financial markets, investment products etc
- Strong selling skill and excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing & relationship building
