- Be responsible for the sales and marketing of Investment and Insurance Products. Other key products shall be asset and liability products
- Contribute to the improvement in profitability of the business through undertaking effective individual reviews and identifying opportunities for referral activity
- Identify sales opportunities and proactively cross selling related services to ensure the sales and referral targets are met
- Build and strengthen customer relationships with existing customers and establish new relationship with potential customers
- Meet service performance standards through responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/complaints efficiently.
- University graduate
- Excellent command of English
- 2 – 5 years experience of front line interaction and dealing with banking customers
- Experience of working in sales environment, and knowing how to archive sales targets and manage a small business plan
- Familiarity with financial markets and investment products
- Excellent product knowledge
