- Foster customer relationship and optimum retention of existing business
- Maximize positive returns and grow the Bank’s share of wallet from designated portfolio
- Grow the customer portfolio and cross-sell Group services
- Ensure high quality lending and safeguards the Bank from potential loss
- Maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk
- University degree in finance, economics or another relevant subject
- Minimum 1 years experience in corporate banking
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate, identify and analyze customer requirements, provide and sell need-based solutions to customers effectively
- Sales oriented and eager for business growth
- Strong team spirit, willing to support the team members and work together to achieve the team's goal
