- Assists the Compliance Manager in implementing compliance standards by monitoring and reporting as directed, and supervising (where necessary) any remedial activity required
- Monitors functional activities and provides assistance on issues, guidelines in accordance to the Group policies and Vietnam banking laws
- Maintains compliance records and registers as directed by the Compliance Manager or line management and SBV (State Bank of Vietnam)
- University graduate
- Excellent command of English
- Broad comprehension for Vietnam laws and banking regulations.
- At least 1 year experience in legal office or financial institution is a plus
- Banking knowledge is a plus
- Good communication & presentation skills
