- Provide guidance to HSBC's clients on how to effectively complete the market entrance requirement and the supporting documents as required by regulations

- Proactively follow-up with the counter parties and regulators and other entities responsible for granting approvals to expedite the process

- Maintain customer's information in the systems and liaise with Operations and/ or other departments ( SD, CMP...) with regards to the account documentation

- Update clients on the application / account opening status and provide timely and efficient advice to clients

- Support Relationship Manager in handling clients' queries, client meetings and/or specific request on ad-hoc basis

- Demonstrate a genuine understanding of general banking services and a true willingness to drive improvement and delivering of a first-in-class service to Global Banking customers

 

- University degree in Economics/ Finance

- A minimum of 1 year experience in Banking services or in securities company would be an advantage

- Good communication skills, both written and oral

- Excellent command of English

- Interpersonal skills
