- Assist in the operational activities of the department so as to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the department. Ensure that the service level (SLAs) with the businesses are consistently met and that customer service levels are of a continuously high standard
- Work in liaison with related parties in the aspect of SSO processing & operations related matters. Co-ordinate and ensure customer’s complaints and feedback are investigated, addressed and reported to the related parties
- The jobholder is expected to carry out the assigned day-to-day activities/ duties of the SSO processing/operational within delegated authority independently to their best abilities, without constant reference to supervisor
- At least a Diploma from a recognized polytechnic/university with 1 to 3 years’ of experience in operational departments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical with a keen eye for details
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
