- Manage the compliance Advisory Team in relations to day-to-day matters
- Communicate Group policy to relevant functions for their information and action and follow up where appropriate
- Coordinate with business where appropriate for regular reports/responses to ASP on any compliance matters to ensure that local businesses are in line with the Group’s policy
- Liaise with the relevant Group Audit department in relation to compliance matters including the provision of technical support and guidance, and with control functions
- University graduate
- 5 - 10 years experience in banking regulatory compliance
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to convey laws into actions to optimize any risk the bank’s operation may have
- Knowledge of general business operating policies and procedures
- Knowledge of investigations, audit techniques, banking operations and procedures
- Knowledge of banking regulations pertaining to money laundering, deposits and liabilities and the general guidelines of SBV and Group’s policies
