- Verifying and approving all the personal financial services loans within delegated lending authority
- Ensuring effective functional support to PFS selling staffs
- Supervise a team of credit verifying staff
- Delivering the highest quality service to customers
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of work experience in personal credit assessment (especially in Car/Mortgage loan product, house evaluating)
- Having management experience is an advantage
- Ability to solve problems and make decision
- Good customer services skills
- Proactive, able to work under pressure and take ownership
- Ability to work independently and coach staff
