- Foster customer relationship and optimize retention of existing business
- Maximize positive returns and grow the Bank’s share of wallet from designated portfolio
- Grow the customer portfolio and cross-sell Group services
- Minimise the risk of loss from bad debts and avoid the risk of loss from breach of compliance
- University degree
- 2 years experience in banking industry
- Good command of English & Mandarin. Cantonese is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate, identify and analyse customer requirements, provide and sell need-based solutions to customers effectively.
- Obtain professional qualifications in investment and insurance.
