- Grow and manage the portfolios of Commercial Banking (CMB) borrowing and high value non-borrowing customers in Vietnam
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of commercial banking business by formulating and implementing aggressive business development plans
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients with a strong emphasis on proactively providing client value added solutions
- Increase profitability and retention of an existing customer base by maintaining high service standard
- Contribute to the effective management of top CMB relationships within the designated division
- University or Master degree in relevant subjects with at least 3 - 5 years experience in relevant field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented
- Ability to provide and sell need-based solutions to customers effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication both English and Vietnamese
- Leadership skills and team work spirit
