- Responsible for directing, leading, planning and managing a team of Client Service executives/officers

- Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction and that the solutions of the Bank are delivered best-in-class

- Reviews and standardizes process, monitors all projects to ensure efficiency and be in line with Regional direction

- Maintains ongoing business and maximizes PCM revenue through proactive account planning and cross-selling solutions and products that meet customers’ needs, increasing HSBC’s share of wallet and client engagement.

- University Degree:  BA or BS

- Five to ten years experience

- Commercial banking experience esp. front line experience.

- Presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with personnel across functions

- Proven ability to gain substantial business for the group across a full range of products

- Track record of building & developing long term relationships including at key decision maker level for all clients

- Experience: 5 Year
