*Grow and manage the portfolios of Greater China Business (GCB) borrowing and high value non-borrowing customers in Vietnam
*Contribute to the growth and profitability of commercial banking Business by formulating and implementing aggressive Business development plans
*Manage an existing portfolio of clients with a strong emphasis on proactively providing client value added solutions
*Increase profitability and retention of an existing customer base by maintaining high service standard
*Contribute to the effective management of top CMB relationships within the designated division
*University or Master Degree in relevant subjects
*At least five years of work experience in the same role and the emerging market experience
*Having substantial frontline experience to manage this growing market and strategize on future LIB plans
*A Chinese native with excellent command in English, both verbal and written
*Sound business judgment and strategy thinking skills
*Strong leadership and management skills
*Quick adaptation and independent at work
*Confident and self-motivated
