- Manage the PCM relationship of PCM top tier customers.

- Develop, manage and build customer relationship as a PCM relationship manager, understand clients’ needs, provide value add feedback and solutions.

- Analyze client portfolio and needs; identify and formulate solutions to increase the clients’ share of wallet. Maintain ongoing business and maximize PCM revenue by proactive account planning and cross-selling solutions and products that meet clients’ needs, increase and deepening HSBC’s share of wallet and client stickiness.

- Give feedback on product/ system requirements, and assist clients and stakeholders in resolving all operational issues in a timely manner.

- Maintain constant dialogue with customers and ensures client satisfaction by providing quality service and constantly interacting with clients at all levels especially with senior management.

- University Degree with Minimum 3 years of banking experience

- Candidates with cash management or sales / cross sell experience will be highly regarded

- Able to work independently as well as in a team

- Dynamic and customer centric; service and sales oriented

- Strong communication skills in both verbal, written and presentation

- Bi-lingual: In Vietnamese and English. Having trilingual (e.g.: Mandarin or Korean) will have an added advantage

- Strong in PC skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

- Good knowledge about Vietnam market and international practices, and understanding about payment operations would be an advantage
