    Description:
    • The job holder will have responsibilities in:

      •Handling administrative functions of the Bank
      •Managing the Bank’s inventory and stocks
      •Supporting internal customers on administrative work
      •Identifying and introducing the best purchasing practices, including the use of technology, to improve effectiveness as well as reduce cost. Also creating STP in the Purchasing area wherever possible.
      •Ensuring that the target set for savings are reviewed and achieved through hard negotiations, value analysis, improvement in technology, processes, etc.
      •Keeping abreast of the latest technology available in the market and evaluating its application for the Bank for improved efficiencies & implementation of the same.
      •Efficiently managing activities such as facilities Management in offices, branches, lease of residential and commercial premises & archives.
    Skill Name:
    • •University degree in finance, economics or another relevant subject (Master degree would be an advantage);
      •Two(2) years experience in related fields
      •Excellent command of English
      •High level of self motivation, personal disposition to achieve results independently as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.
