    Description:
    • • To develop business partnership and promotes cooperative relationship climate
      • To ensure the availability of required human resources at band 7 & band 8
      • To promote career development and job satisfaction at band 7 & band 8
      • To coordinate to implement performance management process
      • To guide the division and department heads on any labour relations/employee relations concerns
      • To coordinate in implementing programs to motivate employees
      • To support the HR Business Partner Corporate Banking in ensuring the management of operational risk in HR and compliance of HR with Group standards
    Skill Name:
    • • University degree in economics or another relevant subject (Master degree would be an advantage)
      • At least three years experience in human resource area and possess knowledge of various HR functions.
      • Strong analytical and communication skills
      • Excellent command of English
      • Excellent computer skills.
