    Description:
    • • To support the build of policies and schemes relating to compensation and benefits for all the businesses of the bank in Vietnam and ensure they are implemented properly.
      • To be responsible for participating in rewards/ remuneration surveys.
      • To co-ordinate the performance management and job evaluation processes.
      • To ensure the compliance of remuneration policies of the Group in Vietnam.
    Skill Name:
    • • University degree in economics or another relevant subject (Master degree would be an advantage)
      • At least three years experience in human resource area with preferably a wide knowledge of compensation and benefit management techniques, and payroll
      • Strong analytical and communication skills
      • Excellent command of English
      • Excellent computer skills, experienced with payroll software would be advantage
