    Description:
    • - To establish and implement Trade Services product strategies, which should complement the overall country business strategies and achieve planned revenue and volume target for new and existing products assigned as well as secure additional revenue streams.
      - To provide ongoing Trade product support to Trade Sales teams and Customer Groups via engagement and product training.
      - To manage the implementation of tailor made products/solutions and Services Level Agreements for designated customers
      - To assist in the implementation of Group, ASP or locally developed products that assigned
      - To work closely with different internal and external stakeholders on the product strategy, implementation and commercialization
      - To monitor and understand generic customer needs and market trends and translate market opportunities into profitable new products or product enhancements
      - To ensure products compliant with all State Bank of Vietnam regulations, FIM procedures and Group guidelines
    Skill Name:
    • - University graduate in related field with minimum 5-10 years experience in product development. Post graduate is an advantage.
      - Strong business background and proven understanding of Trade Services products and delivery channels
      - Extensive trade product knowledge and project management experience preferred
      - Credit and risk management experience would be a plus
      - Strong communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.
      - A strategic, innovative and creative thinker.
